Alexandra Wilding, FPSA®
LLB (Wits); AdvDip Estate & Trust Administration (UFS)

Alexandra graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2019 and has the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. In 2021 Alexandra completed two short courses in Trusts, Estate Planning and Wills through the University of Cape Town. Thereafter, Alexandra completed her Advanced Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration through the University of the Free State.

In 2024 Alexandra was registered as a Fiduciary Practitioner of South Africa® and is a member of the Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa®. Click here for further information on FISA®.

Alexandra has experience in family law, debt collection, curatorship applications, and general litigation. She has specialised in the drafting of Wills & Trusts, Estate and Trust Administration.

Tshepo Mohapi
LLB (UP)

Tshepo has been in practice since 2012 and he has rights of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. He has a multitude of experience in family law, corporate law, labour law, debt collection, general litigation in the Magistrates Court & High Court.

Tshepo and Alexandra have worked together since 2018.
